Marta Reese has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer of Bay State Community Services, Inc. (BSCS) since 2004. Prior to taking on the role of CFO, Marta was the Accounting Manager for nine years.

Marta began her professional career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Certified Public Accountant. After working as an audit manager for five years in Seattle, Marta then joined Coopers’ National office where she assisted in developing technical accounting and auditing policies.   

Marta received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. She became a licensed CPA in 1977 and is currently inactive. Outside of BSCS, Marta serves as the treasurer of the First Parish Unitarian Church in Norwell, Mass.
